Ceaser of Vh1's Black Ink stepped into the VladTV studio to clear the air about a few rumors involving him and his ex-fiancee, Dutchess. Ceaser admitted that the rumors about Vh1 buying her engagement ring were false, but he added that they were going to give them a $2.5 million home after they got married.
