Now, Republicans get the approval to their blueprint budget that can ultimately undo President Obama's pivotal achievement before Donald Trump's inauguration. Wednesday, Trump told reporters that once he gets Obama Care repealed, he will replace it immediately once his nominee for secretary of health and human services, Tom Price, is confirmed.
