Mike Tyson has taken to social media to confirm that he will be in Chris Brown's corner come the r&b singer's anticipated bout against Soulja Boy in March. In a message shared with fans via video on Sunday, January 8, the boxing great officially threw his hat into the ring, before imparting a few words in response to remarks made by the SODMG rapper, which invoked his infamous 1997 ear biting incident.

"Soulja Boy, what the f**k are you talking about the only thing I'm gonna teach him is to bite somebody's ear? Yea, that's right. I'ma teach him every dirty trick in the book to knock you out, because I'm not going to teach him how to run," said Iron Mike.

Since coming forth to acknowledge that plans were in the works to sanction a celebrity boxing match between the two foes, Brown has been relatively quiet. He resurfaced in public over the weekend, with video and photos of him clubbing with 50 Cent in New York City, but hasn't entertained Soulja Boy as he had last week when their tiff sparked off over Soulja "liking" one of Brown's ex, Karrueche' photos.

Meanwhile, Soulja Boy has taken every opportunity to brag about his new affiliation with The Money Team, and to continue insulting Brown and his camp. It was earlier in the morning on Sunday that Soulja shaded Tyson by tweeting: "What the f**k is Mike Tyson going to teach Chris Brown?  How to bite my ear off?"
