The ABC show Blackish which features Tracee Ellis Ross and Anthony Anderson found Ross receiving an award for Best Actress in a Musical or Comedy at the 2017 Golden Globes. During her speech, she dedicated the win to women of color, as well as "colorful people whose stories, ideas, and thoughts, are not always considered worthy and valid and important."
Now, a Donald Trump tweet from 2014 about Blackish has resurfaced and stirred many the wrong way. The tweet said "How is ABC Television allowed to have a show entitled 'Blackish'? Can you imagine the furor of a show, 'Whiteish'! Racism at highest level?"
