Seventeen people have been arrested in connection with the robbery of Kim Kardashian in Paris this past October.

A spokeswoman for the Paris prosecutor's office said the arrests were made on Monday morning in Paris and the surrounding area. The spokesperson did not identify any of the 17 arrested and did not confirm if they were the individuals who had committed the robbery.

The robbery occurred early the morning of October 3rd, 2016. Five men broke into Kim Kardashian's hotel room, held her at gunpoint, and stole more than $9 million worth of jewelry.

A recent promo for the reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashians showed Kim recalling the event in tears.
