While the logistics for a Soulja Boy Vs. Chris Brown celebrity boxing match remain in the works, it appears that Soulja Boy is wasting no time preparing for the scrap.
The reemerging rap star has taken to social media to reaffirm his commitment to the event, tweeting and posting a video of himself training. "Setting up the boxing match with Chris Brown b***h a**. Wanted Adrien Broner to train me but he can't so I'm getting Floyd. F**k CB," the 26-year-old Atlanta rapper tweeted on Wednesday morning, January 4. He would then go on to snap chat several frames of him shadow boxing and sweating on a couple of exercise machines as his "The Soulja Boy Challenge" track plays in the background.
One day after he was called upon to organize the event, Broner confirmed his role on Wednesday when he posted a flier advertising a prospective face-off to take place in March.
