Soulja Boy may have squashed his internet beefs and set the record straight about why he's been at the center of numerous public disputes over the past couple of months, but that didn't stop the prospective boxing match between he and most recent rival Chris Brown from moving forward on Wednesday, January 4.
Among the many recordings posted to social media on Tuesday was one in which Brown invited Soulja Boy to settle the matter with their hands. In the post, Brown named Adrien Broner as a possible host of the event, which Soulja Boy later hopped on Instagram to agree to. By Wednesday afternoon a flier advertising a celebrity boxing match between the artists was up on Broner's page.
"It's going down in March they both getting prepared for the epic fight of the beginning of the year @chrisbrownofficial VS @souljaboy," the flier reads. "Tickets will be available shortly.... I will let y'all know the location and specific date soon!!!!!"
