Kodak Black has been banned from South Carolina.

The 19-year-old Pompano Beach rapper was extradited to the state, where he was booked on an outstanding warrant on Monday [December 5]. He would be released from the Florence County Detention Center on bond Tuesday morning, but not before learning that he is prohibited from returning unless it is to appear in court on his sexual assault charges.

Kodak Black remains under house arrest after being released from a four-month stint, of which he had been credited with serving two months already when he plead no contest to two misdemeanor drug charges in September. He is now facing a first-degree criminal sexual conduct charge in addition to the drug charges and stands to face a 30-year sentence if convicted.
