Last year, Ginuwine and Solé shocked their fans when they divorced after 12 years of marriage. The "Who Dat" rapper largely disappeared from the spotlight after her 1999 debut to focus on raising her family with the R&B singer. Sole is back in the news after announcing her new relationship with legendary rapper Professor Griff of Public Enemy.

The Kansas City native gushed over her new romance in an Instagram post saying, "Then and now... 27 years between... I loved you since I was 15 years old and you looked at me like a little sister... while I crushed on you with the innocence of a little girl... you played the role of protector and my true friend ... "you can't connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. You have to trust in something—your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever." ... looking back...connecting the dots ... it all makes sense... through relationships and babies.. life's hurts and disappointments, tragedy and triumph, successes and failures, ups and downs... all preparing us for what is NOW... evolving into who we are at this moment... and that love, mutual respect, and friendship has always remained... and has now come full circle... I love you now like I loved you then... with the purity and innocence of a 15-year-old little girl ... who blushes when she sees you... jumps on you like a kid, laughs with you til 4 am about anything, everything and nothing at all... and can't imagine life without you."

Solé, 43,  met the now 56-year-old Professor Griff almost three decades ago when she was in a girl group called Divine, and they would cross paths at shows.
