Soulja Boy's gun play is proving costly, as it is reported that Skrill-Dilly has filed a lawsuit against the SODMG CEO over a video he posted to social media, in which he threatened the New Orleans rapper. Skrill Dilly re-tweeted TMZ's coverage of the news on Sunday [October 30], writing "I can confirm my attorneys have filed a lawsuit on my behalf against @souljaboy."

Back in August Soulja Boy took to Instagram to deliver a message to Skrill while gripping a handgun with an extended clip. “Hey dude, f**k you and f**k Nia Riley, n***a. Stop playing with me, or there’ll be some shooters outside your door, little n***a,” he recorded himself saying. Skrill had allegedly been defending Riley amid social media taunts that Soulja Boy blamed on hackers. Riley and Soulja Boy were ex-lovers at the time. But even before the August incident, Soulja Boy and Skrill Dilly had beef dating back to beat-jacking claims Dilly made against him in 2014.

In the lawsuit, Skrill Dilly accuses Soulja Boy of putting a $10,000 bounty on his head. As a result, Skrill says that he has suffered medical issues and has been forced to stay away from his daughter to keep her clear of any harm that might be following him.
