Kevin Hart's Chocolate Droppa personality recently responded to fans who have challenged him to step outside of his comfort zone. While an invitation to go head on with master wordsmith Papoose, was extended by Sway earlier this week, there have been calls for him to go easy on the rappers, he says. Enter pop sensation Nick Jonas otherwise referred to as Vanilla Wafer. "Aye man, it's funny when you on top, 'cause you get challenged by everybody. All I'm reading on my timeline is 'Why you only challenge rappers?'," Drop told viewers while standing before his famed challenger. "So I said that's fine, why not bring a singer?"

It can be argued that Chocolate Droppa has battled singers before. Perhaps his first notable contest was against T-Pain some years back, and while it wound up being a singing challenge as opposed to an exchange of bars, he did attempt to one-up Trey Songz at his 33rd birthday bash. Never the less, after a respectable display by Jonas, Hart went in with his usual array of off-kilter rhymes. "Droppa/ D-R-double O-sometimes P," he began, before falling in and out of the pocket a couple of times. To the crowd's amusement, he even altered his voice at one point to mock Jonas' pipes.

Coincidentally, Jonas and Hart have had a working relationship on wax over the past few months. The Jonas Brothers singer has a feature on the Chocolate Droppa mixtape Hart dropped to coincide with the premiere of Kevin Hart: What Now? in theaters. The project also includes collaborations with 2 Chainz, Chris Brown, Lil Yachty, Big Sean, T.I., Akon, Migos, and others. While the Atlantic Records release is his first musical work, Hart has four comedy albums to his name, including The Road to Everywhere [2005], I'm a Grown Little Man [2006], Laugh At My Pain [2012], and Let Me Explain [2013].
