The soon to be ex-wife of NBA Hall of Famer Scottie Pippen claims to have never cheated on him with Future even though the two have been seen together in public a lot recently.
Larsa Pippen who also stars on the “Real Housewives of Miami” has been spotted hanging with Future in Miami and some were speculating that this was the reason behind her split with Scottie. Sources close to Larsa told TMZ that she and the Atlanta rapper are just friends and have been for a very long time. The Pippen’s are reportedly divorcing because the couple felt they were drifting apart with Scottie traveling so much for work. Future’s sources corroborated her story to TMZ and mentioned that he’s got so many women that he doesn’t need to be messing with a married one.
Scottie filed for divorce last week. The couple was married for 19 years and had 4 children together. Larsa issued a statement through her rep earlier today explaining the decision. “After careful consideration and 19 years together, Larsa and Scottie have each filed for dissolution of their marriage. Although they are no longer married, Larsa remains hopeful that she and Scottie will always do what is best for their 4 beautiful children and jointly raise them with love and respect. She would like to thank everyone for their understanding and kindly ask for privacy from the media during this difficult time of transition for her family.” The couple has a prenup together, according to court documents. Pippin will also provide child support for all 4 children; however, the amount has yet to be determined.
