Azealia Banks will press charges against Russell Crowe for allegedly attacking her a party in his hotel suite.

She took to Facebook last night to announce her decision. Banks previously claimed Crowe physically escorted her out of his hotel room and spit at her. “Regardless, you need to have the respect and decency to have someone properly escorted out," wrote Banks on Facebook. "Grabbing them by the next, calling them nigger and tossing them out is not the look. NOR is spitting an acceptable form of self-defense. I will be moving forward with Pressing charges.” The incident occurred at a party she was invited to by RZA. The legendary Wu-Tang producer placed the blame completely on Banks saying that she was out-of-line and claims she threatened to cut a woman’s throat with glass during the party. “Before the night is over Azealia is insulting half the room she becomes loud and obnoxious,” wrote RZA on Facebook. “There was nothing funny about her behavior. I felt a little embarrassed.” He also described her as an “obnoxious erratic individual.”

Banks claims the altercation was sparked by Crowe mocking her music videos. She said she retaliated by calling him “old and fat” and that’s when things got nasty. Her manager Raymani Zaloumis-Steele told PEOPLE that she didn’t start the problem with Crowe. “Azealia is not the aggressor in this situation. All of that if fictitious,” he said. “We will tell our side, which is the truth. We have all our bases covered.” RZA later admitted to TMZ that Russell Crowe did spit at her, but did not call her the n-word. He seems to be sticking to the rest of his story. The two shot a movie together and were supposed to be working on a record deal. RZA said the deal was off, but Banks claims he was cut out of it by a mutual business partner for not siding with her in the altercation with Crowe.
