A judge ordered “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” star Stevie J to wear a GPS tracker and assigned him a 10:30 p.m. curfew.

The former Bad Boy hitmaker is engaged in a nasty child support case and is being closely monitored by the court. He was recently indicted for failing to pay $1.1 million in child support and was assigned the tracker and curfew as terms of his bail. The information was included in court documents obtained by TMZ. The Federal Government actually sued him for the money earlier this year after he missed several months of payments for his two children. Stevie J was supposed to shell out $8,557 a month, according to a Bossip report. At the time, he wasn’t worried about the case and claimed to be a good father to his children.

“It went how it went,” he said. “I got some things up my sleeve too. This case is bulls***. I understand the prosecutors are doing their job, but I’m a great father, and I take care of my kids. For the record, I provided everything that they needed.” He’s currently facing six months in prison and a $5000 fine. He will also have to pay full restitution to his children’s mother when he receives his sentencing in January of next year. Stevie recently filed a lawsuit of his own against former girlfriend, Joseline Hernandez. He claims she “slandered” him in the public eye and he is seeking restitution. That case could end up being thrown out if his child support debacle doesn’t go in his favor.
