Disney star Zendaya found herself venting, once again, over her race making her the target of degradation on Tuesday, September 6. The actress sposted a video to Snapchat in which she recounted having been denied service by a supermarket clerk who allegedly assumed she didn't have the money to make a purchase.

The 20-year-old actress was shopping at a Vons supermarket when she says she was refused the option to buy $400 worth of gift cards. "'You can't afford this,' is how she looked at me," Zendaya claims in the video, after saying, "In fact, I recall her not trying to help us at all. Saying that we couldn't buy the gift cards, and then throwing my wallet."

"The lady that was helping us...I don't think she was a huge fan of our skin tone," she said.

Last year, Zendaya took to social media to put E! News anchor, Giuliana Rancic, on blast after Rancic told the Oscars Red Carpet audience that the dreadlocks she sported to the star-studded event, looked like they smelled of weed and patchouli. "I don't usually feel the need to respond to negative things but certain remarks cannot go unchecked," said Zendaya, who is part African-American. "I'll have you know my father, brother, best childhood friend and little cousins all have locs."
