When Tyga went out and bought himself a 2014 Maybach 62 S Landaulet a couple of years back, he joined Jay-Z and Birdman among the select few players in the rap game to own the super luxury vehicle. Whether he had the money to sustain it is a question that may have been answered, after it was repossessed by a financing company earlier this week.

Tyga purchased the 62 S Landaulet for $1.3 million when it was first released. He then went on to put nearly a million dollars into getting it tricked out at West Coast Customs. Over the course of time that he's had it, the 26-year-old Calabasas rapper has become notorious for his relationship with the repo man, losing his Bentley Mulsanne for falling $91,000 behind on payments, and nearly having to part with his Lamborghini, which he owed $350,000 on by April. Just last week he suffered the embarrassment of having his Ferrari taken away.

With each month that has gone by in 2016, it seems that one headline or another involving Tyga's name has had to do with him being penalized for failing to meet financial obligations. On at least two separate occasions he's faced legal repercussions for not paying up at a residence, with one of those cases having to do with a Malibu landlord suing over damaged property and missed rent. Tyga's lawyers had to fight for him to stay out of prison in the case after he failed to make a hearing, which nearly resulted in a bench warrant being put out for his arrest. He and the landlord would go on to settle the matter out of court.
