The past year has been a rocky one for Adrien Broner.  In addition to being temporarily dumped by his fiancee and falling out with his mentor Floyd Mayweather, Broner also dealt with a lot of legal trouble.  In April 2016, he pled guilty to a probation violation stemming from a drunk driving arrest last year and served ten days in jail.  In July 2016, he was due back in court for another case in which he was accused of beating up a man outside of a bowling alley back in January.  The case was expected to be dismissed, but Broner showed up three hours late and appeared to be drunk or hungover. The judge was pissed and ordered Broner to serve 30 days in jail for contempt of court.

During his stay in the last stint, Broner asked the judge if he could be released early so he could start training for an upcoming fight but the judge said no.  Broner was released last week, but now it doesn't appear that he's interested in boxing after all.

It seems like something has Broner upset.  On Tuesday he put up a post on his Instagram account saying "F--k Everybody!" but didn't give any explanation.  And on Wednesday he posted and deleted another message on Instagram, indicating that he was done fighting.

It's unclear what's troubling the boxer at the moment but Ravone Littlejohn, who runs Broner's company About Billions, told USA Today Sports that Broner was just joking around like he usually does.  LittleJohn says Broner is headed to L.A. Fitness to work out and is preparing to return to the ring.
