On one hand, there was Knicks teammate Carmelo Anthony, whom Brandon Jennings found himself rooting on to securing his place as the only male basketball player to win Olympic gold thrice. On the other hand, there was Harrison Barnes, who Jennings watched warm the bench throughout Team USA's dominance in Rio, and couldn't help but wonder aloud about via social media on Sunday, August 21. Jennings, who is known for his occasional stroll on the troll patrol, took his thoughts to Twitter during the men's final against Serbia and exposed Barnes before the Mavericks forward finally got some burn.

"Damn Harrison Barnes can't get no tick?" Jennings began, before magnifying his observation of just how scant the former NBA Finals champ's playing time has looked throughout the tournament. "Harrison Barnes been wearing his warm up the wholeeeeee #Olympics."

Through eight games Barnes averaged a team-low of 7.8 minutes on the court. He was only one of two players on the team to have sat out a game, with DeMar DeRozan missing a contest. Barnes only appeared in half of the games. Midway through Jennings' roast he would finally find a reason to compliment Barnes when he was substituted in well into the fourth quarter, at which point the U.S. was already cruising towards victory. At one point a follower sticks up for Barnes, acknowledging that if nothing else, at least the former 1st round draft pick could say that he played on the U.S. Olympic basketball team. Jennings responded by posting that he would not have accomplished the feat had LeBron James, Stephen Curry, James Harden, and Russell Westbrook accepted their invitation on to the squad.
