It has been rumored for some time now, but Kanye West could be making a foray into the field of basketball sneakers.
His test subject? James Harden.
According to Harden, who just officially got his own signature shoe, the two are planning on working on a Yeezy x Harden shoe. Harden spoke with Complex about the deal.
"Yeah [we're going to do a shoe]. Me and 'Ye haven't had any conversations yet. I think it could possibly happen in the near future, especially with how well everything's going and how well he's doing with the Yeezys. I think everyone's excited about the wave that's coming: Off the court, fashion, and on the court. Dame, Kyle Lowry, Wigg, everyone's excited about everything that's going on."
With this news though, it's uncertain if it's going to be a Harden shoe or a Yeezy shoe, and adidas hasn't confirmed or denied either, so at this point, this is just a framework on the planning stages.
