Earlier this week during an interview with MTV News, French Montana made sure to note that Joe Budden was not who Drake was rapping about on their track "No Shopping." On the Canadian rapper's verse, he begins it by saying "Pump It Up," then proceeds to say an unnamed person is a "one-hit wonder." It's hard not to think those lyrics aren't aimed at the New Jersey rapper.

Now, Drake has taken the time to address Budden directly, with no room for confusion as to how he feels. The OVO rapper recently began his Summer Sixteen tour and made sure to let the crowd know where he stands with Joe Budden. While talking to the crowd in between songs, Drake said "We got that good energy going on...I shoulda brought Joe Budden up here and let him do 'Pump It Up' one time tonight." He then went on to lightly chant the song's chorus "Pump Pump Pump It Up," then finished his statement by saying "F*ck them n*ggas man."
