Love and Hip-Hop star Tommie Lee released a video of police pulling her out of her car and arresting her after she was caught drunk driving.
At the time, she claimed police brutality, but the police report says she did not cooperate with officers and even peed in the wagon on the way back to the station. TMZ obtained a copy of the report which says when deputies pulled her over; they noticed lots of movement inside her car. A man who as in the driver's seat when they were pulled over apparently switched with Tommie so that she could avoid being caught driving drunk. At first, he lied, but then admitted the blunder to police. She refused to step out of the vehicle which led authorities to pull her out and handcuff her.
The report also revealed that Tommie’s eyes were bloodshot, her speech was slurred, and she was also booked for disorderly conduct and driving with an expired license. She claims the report was falsified and insists that she did nothing wrong. She also said that she peed in the squad car because the deputies refused to take her to a restroom.
