According to police reports, three men who were on a Facebook live stream in Norfolk, Virginia were shot and the footage was captured by one of the victims. The video footage shows a victim, who has been identified as T.J. Williams, sitting in a car with two men while listening to music. During the stream, gunfire began to ring off and hit the car, which caused the man to drop the phone. From there, gunshots continued for over 20 seconds. According to neighbors in the area, they claim to have heard over 24 rounds.

After the gunshots stopped, some of the neighbors came to the car to comfort the men who were in the car, saying "Give me your hand. Stay relaxed. I got you. Stay relaxed. They're coming. They're coming to get you." The three men shot in the video suffered significant injuries from the gunfire according to police, and were taken to the hospital. Police noted that currently is no motive nor any information on the suspects of the shooting.
