Avid sneaker collector, Fat Joe, kept it moving but had to be disappointed to find himself down a pair when his custom made Air Jordan's didn't turn up at the baggage claim, upon landing in Las Vegas on Sunday [June 26]. The self proclaimed "royal elite" of all sneaker heads hadn't even enjoyed ownership of the Air Jordan "Confetti" 8's for a full day, un-boxing them for followers on Instagram only hours earlier.

"A lot of guys are pretenders. I'm the realest ever," Joe had just boasted as he showed off the white and gold editions of two pairs that had just been delivered. Joe has long backed the claim, with the public taking notice as far back as 2004 when he let the cameras of MTV Cribs get a glimpse of his legendary collection. Much of the footwear are 1-of-1's, the only in existence, and made with an emblem of his very own face. They Confetti's were made specifically for his walk up the red carpet at Sunday's BET Awards. To his luck he was still able to shine, as the airport thief made away with his alternative black pair.

"Ok look. These were mine for a couple hours. damn baggage claim stole them in Vegas. I don't blame you they are a 1of1. Sorry Reggie I guess I gotta charge it to the game #teamjordan #allthewayup #ripconfetti," Joe reported on IG following the incident.
