President Obama certainly has been paying attention to the Cavs NBA championship win, and feels like it’s time for J.R. Smith to stop walking around with his shirt off.

A recent clip posted to YouTube features the commander-in-chief speaking with Cavs coach Tyronn Lue about his star player running around with no shirt all week. “Tell J.R. and everybody to put on a shirt though,” said Obama on the call. “He can’t just be walking around without a shirt for like the whole week.” Obama also joked about other players following in Smith’s footsteps. “Shumpert taking off his shirt. Kyrie is taking off his shirt. C’mon man. But I guess if you're built like that,” he continued.
