Earlier today, the Chicago Bulls shocked fans after they traded Derrick Rose to the New York Knicks. In exchange for Rose, Justin Holiday and a 2017 second-round pick, the Bulls received Brook Lopez, Jose Calderon and Jerian Grant.
While some thought the Knicks gave up too much for an injured Rose, others feel the Knicks gave up very little for the former MVP. Former NBA star Gilbert Arenas is part of the latter group.
Arenas often discusses current events going on in the NBA on his Instagram account. They're usually hilarious, long captions. Today he discussed the Rose trade and felt the Bulls front office was insane to let their former franchise player go, telling fans, "Hold up wait a min.....I take a nap and wake up to this s*** here.... #Drose just got traded for #Calderon and #RobinLopez ? #HUH #ayeshacurry the NBA must be rigged girl lol #philJackson just got derrick rose for(two scratch and sniff lotto tickets,one of shawn kemp 9 kids and bootleg copy of #riri cd (music of the son WITHOUT #PonDeReplay ) im not saying #chicagobullsGM is doing #crack,all im saying is this move was very CRACKISH."
