While comedian Michael Blackson admits that African culture isn't gay friendly, he told VladTV that he respects anyone's beliefs and lifestyles, even if it isn't for him. While speaking about the topic he also shared his thoughts on North Carolina's law that forces transgender people to use the bathroom corresponding to the gender they were born with. When asked about his stance on the law, Blackson said he thinks it's fair, adding that they should be allowed to use the family bathrooms if they don't want to go to a bathroom opposite of the gender they identify with.
During the conversation Michael also spoke about famed transgender model Sidney Starr propositioning him in his Instagram DM, and he revealed that he thought she was setting him up. Blackson explained that he took a picture with Sidney at an event a year or so prior, and before rumors started spreading around, Michael said he went public with the information on his own.
