Not many believed LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers could beat the 73-9 Golden State Warriors, but it happened. The Cavs rallied back from a 3-1 deficit to force a Game 7, where they overtook the Warriors 93-89 to win the NBA Championship. That incredible game cost Drake a few coins.

The Views rapper reportedly lost a $60,000 bet to French Montana over Game 7 of the NBA Finals.

Montana took to Snapchat to gloat about his winnings over Drake, saying, "Shout-out to my brother Drizzy Drake for the 60 bands, 'cuz you aint believe in LeBron."

James put up a triple-double of 27 points, 11 rebounds and 11 assists, earning the honor of the Finals MVP.

Drake is good friends with Stephen Curry and was likely siding with the Warriors on account of the back-to-back MVP. Curry wasn’t quite himself during the series and finished Game 7, with 17 points, 5 rebounds and 2 assists.

Drake hasn't responded yet, but he should have no issues paying his debt as he recently joined hip-hop's richest rappers, according to Forbes, with a net worth of about $60 million.

In fact, Drake celebrated some of that success by spending the last week vacationing with Montana in the Dominican Republic. The two shared several photos from their trip and are set to release a collaboration called "No Shopping" soon. Surely there are no hard feelings.
