Sunday's big NBA Finals Game 7 showdown might not have come with the half-time entertainment of a Super Bowl game, but viewers, particularly hip-hop fans, got a good laugh seeing Jamie Foxx's impersonation of Future's father during a Verizon commercial spot.

"Past," as Foxx calls himself in the music video-styled clip, raps auto-tuned bars that take on rival AT&T and advertize the company's service features. Donning a leisure suit and wide brim hat, the dredlocked Foxx goes about dabbing and adlibbing in the likeness of the Atlanta rapper, while his "Commas" instrumental plays. "It ain't about can you hear me now, it's about can you see me now," he says at one point, mocking the phrase of former "Test Man," Paul Marcarelli.

"Drop tracks, not connections/That's how we do it on America's best network," Foxx rhymes on the track titled "I got Verizon," which you can check out above.
