Another artist from Future’s camp decided to diss his sound-a-like Desiigner this week, as Doe Boy threw some shots at the “Panda” rapper on Twitter.
Doe Boy, who was recently released from prison, joins fellow Freebandz rapper Lil Donald in attacking Desiigner. “F**k dat n***a we Fbg ova dis way #Freeband Shooters,” he tweeted. He also explained the reason why he’s going after the “Panda” rapper in an interview with HipHopDX this week. “I got hip to the joint [Panda] while I was in jail and I f***ed with the song,” said Doe. “When I came home from jail, I found out that he and bro had a problem. I didn’t know that bro ain’t like the dude. Just the other day, I put my stamp on it like ‘f**k you,” he said. “F**k you. Whatever sh*t bro on, that’s what I’m on. Any problems he got is coming to me too.” Future has yet to comment on either of his artists dissing Desiigner. Earlier this week, Lil Donald dropped “F*** Panda”, where he went in on the young Brooklyn rapper and took shots at him for sounding like Future. “I ain’t gonna say nothing else. F***ing stealing ass n****a. Unoriginal ass n****a. Donald. Not Panda. Donald,” yells Donald at the end of the track.
Aside from joining Lil Donald on the battlefront, Doe Boy seems ready to get his music career back on track. He told HipHopDX about how Future ended up signing him shortly after they met each other. “A year and a half had passed,” he said. “I had just got done shooting a video and I walked in the house and my manager called me. He was like someone wants to talk to you. It was Future on the phone. He asked was I ready and reminded me that he didn’t forget about me. He came back for me and sh*t. A n***a was happy as hell,” he said. However, the celebration was cut short when Doe Boy was sent to prison for his involvement in a robbery. He kept in contact with Future while serving his time.
