Chris Brown is being sued by a fan whose hate he allegedly stole at a Dallas concert last year.

The fan, Marq Stevenson, attended the concert and passed his cap to someone in Brown’s entourage during his set for him to sign. He never got the autograph or his hat back and claims in a newly filed lawsuit that he was bullied by Brown’s crew. He is seeking over $2000 in damages, according to TMZ. In the suit, Stevenson claims the hat was stolen and also wants the $225 he payed for a floor ticket set back. That, combined with $2500 for bullying and $25 for the hat, amounts to $2,750 total that he is seeking from Brown.

This actually isn’t the first time Brown has been accused of taking a fan’s hat. Last July, a female fan claimed she gave Brown’s camp a hat for an autograph and it was never returned. She also claimed the hat belonged to her deceased father. “And what is thirsty is having your foul mouthed thots attack me for even wanting my deceased dad’s hat signed, for having the audacity to be upset cause I did not get it back while you sat and watched. All cause his stylist, the coward and liar @ejking21 took it and did not return it. theft,” she wrote on Twitter last year. Brown responded by denying that a hat was ever taken. “You obviously need some help boo. I don’t have your dads bum ass hat nor does my team. Move on and take yo stalking ass to church. Nobody cares my n***ga,” he wrote. He also made a joke out of the allegation by sending her a hat imoji with an accompanying “here your hat bih” message.
