90's teen television star Dustin Diamond is back behind bars after he was arrested for violating parole in Wisconsin on Wednesday (May 25).  The 39-year-old actor had just been released [in April] after serving three months for carrying a concealed weapon, and disorderly conduct during a 2014 bar room brawl.  As of press time Friday, authorities had not confirmed what terms of his parole he had broken.

Since drifting from the stardom he gained as "Screech" of the popular sitcom "Saved by the Bell", Diamond has been in and out of trouble with the law.  He was convicted on the weapon and disorderly conduct charge in January.  To his fortune Diamond wasn't given a harsher indictment, as he is accused of having stabbed a man in the 2014 dust-up.  Reports detail the skirmish that landed him in cuffs having resulted from a confrontation fiance Amanda Schutz had with a woman on Christmas night at the Grand Avenue Saloon in Port Washington, Wisconsin.  At the time, Diamond claimed self-defense against his male victim he wound up quarreling with over their female counterparts.

Diamond had been released early thanks to a work program that awarded him 30 days "good time" for contributing custodial maintenance duties.  After a long hiatus fans will recall Diamond returning to public consciousness in 2006 when he directed and released a bizarre sex tape.  Since then he has appeared in several reality television shows.  At this time he is being held at Ozaukee County jail while the Wisconsin Department of Corrections investigates his arrest.
