Two months after Fat Joe and Remy Ma released "All the Way Up," the song was revved up once more on Wednesday (May 25) with a remix, pairing Meek Mill and Fabolous. Only a day prior to the Brooklyn/Philly connection, Jay-Z gave the track [produced by Edsclusive] a re-boost with an onslaught of bars that made a play on Guru's classic "lemonade was a popular drink" line to speak on rumors circulating his relationship with Beyonce, and payed homage to Prince. In it's 8th week on the Billboard charts, the single is primed to rise a spot to it's peak position on June 4.

Meek would know a little something about Billboard, having beat out Dr. Dre, Kendrick Lamar, and Drake [who was nominated twice in the category] for Top Rap Album with Dreams Worth More Than Money on Sunday. The victory no doubt restored some wind behind the sails of the Roc Nation rapper, who got right back on Drake's behind with his most recent verse. “This is hip-hop / You ain’t write it, don’t record it / I don’t know how they gettin’ down ‘cross the border,” Meek spits, recalling the Toronto rapper's ghostwriter controversy, and making reference to his Canadian city.

Fabolous seemed to refrain from taking aim at anyone on the cut, but was sure to remind his following that should a challenge present itself he is game, spitting: "Ain't about throwin' subs, I'm about gettin' scratch/ But if the shoe fits, n****, buy an outfit to match."
