Jay Z finally addresses Beyonce’s “Lemonade” on his verse from the brand new “All The Way Up” remix.

The King of New York joins former rival Fat Joe, French Montana and Remy Ma for a remix to one of the city's biggest hits in years. On the official remix which is exclusively available on TIDAL, both Fat Joe and Remy also drop brand new verses on the track. Jay Z addresses several current events including his marriage and Prince’s death. “You know you made it when the fact your marriage made it is worth millions. Lemonade is a popular drink, and it still is. Survival of the littest,” raps Jay. He also drops a Prince punchline that correlates with the song's title. “Prince left his masters where they safe and sound. We never gonna let the elevator take him down,” he raps. Fat Joe and Remy Ma premiered the song at Yankee Stadium this week and posted up a video of their reaction when the stadium played it on the loud speakers.

Jay Z and Fat Joe have certainly had their fair share of issues in the past, but recently buried the hatchet, after Memphis Bleek was on Nore's podcast and was able to get Joe and Jay on the phone. The decision to record the remix was made at the Los Angeles stop on Beyonce’s Formation tour where the two rappers met and shared an Instagram moment that included the song’s title in the hashtag, according to HipHopDX.  Jay Z is expected to discuss “Lemonade” more on his upcoming joint album with wife Beyonce that has all but been confirmed at this point. Inside sources revealed to several media outlets that the album has been completed and should be released “very soon.” “Jay and Beyonce were never going to do an interview to address all the questions that came up after LEMONADE,” an insider said. “It’s more their style to respond through music.” The album will be released exclusively on TIDAL.
