Tuesday ( May 17), Ciara was denied full custody of her 1-year-old son, and must share joint custody with the DS2 star, Future. According to TMZ, during a hearing earlier today in a California courtroom, the singer's legal team tried to depict the rapper as an unfit parent who was not active in the toddler's life. The rapper and his legal team, on the other hand, were present and only asked for joint custody, which was later what the judge ruled.
