A news program on ABC15 Arizona caught wind of, and reported on video of a nasty restaurant manager who bet the customers filming his profanity laced tirade that nobody would see it, Friday. The nearly 3-minute long dispute, which ends with the [now former] Del Taco employee calling a couple of drive-thru customers “f*cking dumb*ss” as they pull off, collected 7,930 views over a three day period on Vimeo; earning the video "Staff Pick", and the rude manager his job.

“I am the boss. My dad’s actually the f*cking owner so good luck with that,” the unidentified worker tells the driver and passenger after they threaten to file a complaint. Their grievance is implied to have begun when their request for sauce went unattended to. According to the man in the driver's seat, they also never received a part of their order. The "manager" finally came to the window to explain that the request was not forwarded to him. But his attitude was unapologetic, provoking the woman holding the camera-phone to call him out on his customer service etiquette. "I don't give a f**k bro," he responds. "Where you gonna post it, YouTube? No one's gonna f*cking see it."

“You got your sauces and you guys are still being b*tches,” he followed. “And I’m f*cking ticked off ’cause I still got orders.”

Del Taco has put out a statement declaring that they have fired the man.

“We strive to provide a positive guest experience at all of our restaurants and were appalled by this behavior as it is not representative of our high guest service standards,” the company said. “We took this incident very seriously and addressed it with the location’s franchisee, who took definitive action by terminating the employee immediately.”
