There's no telling whether Cutthroat Boyz member Joey Fatts has taken a break from chain smoking backwoods since tweeting about it a week ago today.  If he has, it sure wasn't because he was afraid there might be some police around.

The Long Beach City rapper/producer posted a video clip that might not beg the law to investigate, but will certainly draw the curious to hit up his Instagram page.  In the clip he films himself challenging a couple of police officers, turning the camera to get their reaction after pulling what appears to be a blunt filled with marijuana.  "What yall gonna do?" Fatts poses.  Before being chased off JF takes one last hit on the hood of their patrol car.

Although one of the officers reacts with profanity, the footage, which the rapper claims was taken outside of the Long Beach City 12th Precinct, doesn't appears to provoke any kind of infraction.  According to the Marijuana Policy Project possessing less than an ounce of marijuana in LBC is treated with no greater punishment than being caught speeding would.  Still, while 55% of Californians advocate for legalization, and the state is at the forefront of decriminalization of the leaf, possessing it is still punishable by the law.

"California is still punishing tens of thousands of responsible adults for possessing a substance that is objectively safer than both alcohol and tobacco," the MPP website states.

Joey Fatts is not concerned.
