It's been three years since the first trial between Ashanti and her stalker, Devar Hurd, 37, a man whose sent raunchy messages to her and her mother on Twitter. Yesterday (Mar. 16), Ashanti appeared in court and was cross-examined by Hurd for a third time - Hurd, who represents himself, still holds on to the claim he and Ashanti had a fling.

Hurd - whose been in jail since 2013 - questioned her as to why he's facing four years in prison for felony stalking, to which Ashanti responded "You continuously tweeted over and over again disgusting, derogatory, disrespectful things to me after you had already gone to jail for doing the same thing." He then fired back with "Ya'll twisted and two-faced. This will never happen again, believe that!"

Ashanti's mother, Tina Douglas, spoke up for her daughter in court, telling Hurd "I'm here because I have to let everyone know how I feel about how you stalked my daughter."
