According to Billboard, Katt Williams was released on $60,000 bond after allegedly threatening to kill his bodyguard, Corey Dixon, during an attack inside the comedian's Georgia home. Katt was reportedly ordered to stay away from the bodyguard and abstain from drug and alcohol use.

Katt's attorneys said that he would surrender his passport while out on bond, as he faces charges of terroristic threats, false imprisonment and aggravated assault.
