Today TMZ learned comedian Katt Williams has been arrested and is currently being held on $5,000 bail after assaulting a pool supply store clerk. The incident allegedly occured after Williams got into a verbal altercation with the Gainesville, Georgia employee which turned physical within a matter of minutes. Katt supposedly threw a chair at the clerk and assumed the position to be handcuffed as law enforcement authorities arrived on the scene.
