New video shows Time photographer Christopher Morris wrestling a Secret Service agent after he was allegedly choked and body slammed, says reports. The incident happened after the journalist attempted to leave the designated press area to capture photos of protesters being escorted out of the hostile rally. According to Vice, Morris told reporters, "I stepped 18 inches outside of the pen and he grabbed me by the neck and started choking me and slammed me to the ground."
At the end of the footage, when Morris got back up he tried to grab the agent's neck before being escorted out. In the end, the photographer said he will not press charges against the agent.
