It's been 438 days since Bobby Shmurda, Rowdy Rebel and other GS9 affiliates were arrested on charges of conspiracy, attempted murder, criminal use of a firearm and other serious felony crimes.  21-year-old Shmurda - born Ackquille Pollard - has spoken out about the injustices he's faced since being locked up in 2014, but according to recent court documents, the same officers involved in the incarcerated Brooklyn rapper's case are no strangers to discrimination allegations.

In a subpoena for eight NYPD officials provided by a VladTV source, a chart reveals the officers have a history of unlawfully detaining, searching and arresting suspects of color without probable cause since 2010. On January 10, 2011 in particular, Detective Douglas Corso "maliciously pointed a gun at" a plaintiff along with other officers in a separate case before searching the man "without any justifiable cause."

We reached out to Bobby Shmurda's attorney, Alex Spiro, to comment on the cases, but he declined.

Pollard's trial is set to begin May 11. View the court documents in the gallery.
