Feb. 3, Max B, said that he didn't have an issue with Kanye West naming his album Waves, during a phone call with the Breakfast Club. The artist who is currently serving a 75-year prison sentence for murder conspiracy and robbery charges says he doesn't mind if Yeezy takes his catchphrase as the potential new album title. "It's all love. I appreciate [it], I'm flattered that dudes is even acknowledging the situation," he said.

Max B said that he never spoke directly to Kanye, but says "It's all good. We take things from each other as artists, creative process and things of that nature," he explained. "He ain't drop a diss record, he just called his album Waves and everybody know I'm the Wavy Daddy."
