Last October, Azealia Banks got into an alleged altercation with a bouncer at a popular L.A. nightclub called Break Room 86, but according to E!, Banks will not face criminal charges in the case. An L.A. attorney ruled "there was no sufficient evidence" to convict the rapper, who was seen on video with two other people who seemed to be involved in an altercation with the bouncer.

In December, Banks was involved in another altercation, where she was accused of assaulting and biting the breast of a female security guard at NYC's Up&Down nightclub. She was arrested on a third-degree misdemeanor charge.
