Peter Gunz reveals that DJ Self and Papoose got into a minor altercation over Self not supporting New York rappers enough on radio. While filming the deleted Love and Hip Hop scene, Peter says Papoose doused DJ Self with his drink and suggests that alcohol may have played a part.

"Pap don't really drink, but he was drinking that night." While regretting his decision to dispel the unknown incident, he explained it was over the radio DJ not playing the Brooklyn native's music. He said once the scene was over and Pap became irate and told him, "I'm not your man." Gunz recalled Papoose apologizing to him saying that Self kept singing Yo Gotti's "Down in the DM," telling Gunz, "He singing that, he ain't showing New York no love."
