Shakespeare in Love star Joseph Fiennes has been confirmed to play Michael Jackson in an upcoming U.K. television show about the late King of Pop, Marlon Brando and Liz Taylor. Elizabeth, Michael & Marlon will reportedly be a comedy revolved around the three entertainers' unconfirmed road trip after the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001.
The British actor told ET Canada "It's a tongue-in-cheek, fun, light look at three wonderful characters that we know. Some say it's an urban legend and our story basically says that it happened, maybe it happened like this and they're stuck in a car for 500 miles as they drive to Pennsylvania and we get to hear some of the shtick that goes on."
