Craigory Burch won the $434,272 jackpot from the Georgia lottery's Fantasy 5 in November, but the 20-year old's life was tragically cut short during a home invasion on Thursday (Jan. 21). According to multiple reports, three masked robbers broke into Burch's home and demanded money and his wallet. Burch threw his pants to the robbers to retrieve his wallet, but when they came up short the gunmen shot and killed the man.

Burch's girlfriend, Jasmine Hendricks, ran for help following the deadly attack, and she told local news station about how the lotto winner pleaded with the gunmen before they killed him. Hendricks revealed, "When they came in, he said, 'don't do it bro. Don't do it in front of my kids. Please don't do it in front of my kids and old lady. He said I'll give you my bank card."

Police are still searching for the three suspects.
