Monday (Jan. 11), Bill Cosby's legal team filed to dismiss his sexual assault charges or disqualify the Montgomery County District Attorney's office, arguing that they promised not to prosecute Cosby in 2005. With that agreement, Cosby testified in a civil suit, where he revealed to a consensual sexual encounter with the former Temple University employee, which later ended in a settlement.  In a statement released Monday, Cosby's lawyers said, "Now, to fulfill campaign promises, the newly elected district attorney has repudiated the agreement and has based these criminal charges on the very testimony Mr. Cosby gave in reliance on the Commonwealth's non-prosecution agreement."

Do you think charges will be dropped?
