It's been sixteen years since Metta World Peace was drafted into the National Basketball Association, but had he attempted to do so decades ago, there's a pretty high chance we would have never gotten to see the Queens native's skills on the court. "America has been racist for a long time, so obviously its racism in every big corporation," Metta stated during his recent interview with DJ Vlad. "When the NBA first started the NBA was very racist - they had no Black people in the NBA."
