Former Two and Half Men star, Charlie Sheen will go on the Today show to discuss his HIV status. According to People, Howard Bragman—publicist and crisis manager—was asked to help handle the celebrity's ordeal six months prior. Bragman claims that Sheen's interview on such a big platform could help him gain compassion from everyone watching.

"The interview could open up a lot of sympathy for him, but he has to be concerned about a fear of litigation from former sexual partners. You don't take that lightly," Bragman said. He added that Sheen is allegedly "getting treatment, and a lot of people in his life know about it."

According to TMZ, sources close to NBC's Today say the exclusive interview regarding the actor's "revealing personal announcement" will air Tuesday morning.
