A viral video shows Oakland rioters jumping on and destroying a police vehicle after one man was shot and killed by authorities, Sunday evening. According to Oakland police spokeswoman, Johnna Watson, uniformed police were towing cars involved in sideshow activities and claimed that a man pointed a gun at them which led to officer firing rounds which ultimately hit one person who was pronounced dead at the scene.
